Menu in project work wrong with scroll rect

Hello, I have a two copied menus with scroll rect and buttons - first menu works fine, scrolling works correctly and when I drag menu, buttons not pushed. Second works wrong, when start drag menu, buttons pushed too - but this is copy of first.... oh I not can work with this engine anymore, I don't know how solve this because I nothing changed in copy, I just started make a second menu from copy. Any ideas please? I don't want to spend full day again beacause need to restart unity or something stupid like this.
Ok, I see the one differents. Drag of first menu works everywhere on screen, drag of copy works only when I down on buttons.
Hahahha, ok I place buttons from copy in first menu and scrolling not working anymore nowhere)))
