How to make cinemachine camera not jump to current mouse position after using the mouse in ui.

Im making a game and for ui, i have a ui wheel pop up and i deactivate the cinemachine brain so that the camera does not move when the ui is open. This works great except for when i go back to the game, the camera instantly resets to where the mouse is now. Does anyone know a way I can set the mouse back to the center of the screen or another fix to this issue.
